A MESSAGE FROM JUSTINA

Thank you for taking the time to read about our journey.
IT ALL BEGAN IN 2011…:
On our way to France for Christmas my business partner Luke encouraged me to go for it and share my passion and curiosity in making natural cosmetics with others. It was only a hobby then. The only people who got to try and enjoy a handmade soap or a pot of nourishing balm were my close family and friends.
PURSUING A DREAM..
I grew up in a small town, one of my favourite places used to be a tiny little shop in the centre of the town selling the most beautiful soaps. I don’t remember much, but the faded memories stayed very special to me: the shelves full of colourful soap, long raffia hanging on the wall, and the smell was unforgettable… I can still clearly picture the long queues outside the shop before Christmas…I grew up dreaming of running a soap shop.
FOLLOWING MY HEART..
Stick with the passion inside you as that will always be the fuel to go that extra mile. I know it is not always as easy as it might look at the beginning – but if you truly believe in something and, especially yourself – everything is possible. Following your heart makes it a little bit easier as you know which way to go.
LEARNING TO LISTEN..
I have started with a few bars of soap on a stall in Greenwich market. Over the last few years our range has expanded and I see it getting even larger. The biggest help in this process has been our dedicated customers. We take everything on board whether is a new idea or simply a very welcome feedback.
THINGS YOU WANT IN LIFE NEVER COME EASY..
I guess making your dream to come true is a little bit easier as you know exactly what result you are trying to achieve at the end of your journey. But at the same time it makes it so much more difficult. Like anything else in life, to make our dreams come true requires long hours and even longer days of hard work that only you can see and appreciate. Dedication, unlimited I would say. But you know you are doing something right when people start to ask for more.
