I wouldn't know. As some of you may have experienced it is very easy to select items to your cart that you just wanted to look at. In doing this I managed to delete my free candle. The free candle from leaving a lovely review which was genuine about a product and I hadn't done this for a free product. But I had spent over £60 having already spent over £50 the previous week. This qualified to choose a free product. However this got deleted. When you complete order, it doesn't show your free gift, so you wouldn't know, to let them know until your products arrive without free item. Feel it's a bit of a scam

Got this as part of the summer offer. The lemon and rosemary is lovely, popped 5 reeds in and getting the scent in two rooms (Other more expensive diffusers I've had, I've not been able to smell at all). Really looking forward to using the lemon and neroli First time of buying and won't be the last.

How I loved my first diffuser I was given to by a friend, quickly ordered more, coconut literally there is no smell, and the beautiful Lemon is just not near the smell of the other bottle, love your packaging etc and hate giving negative reviews but thought you would like to know!

Am ordering a second time. really enjoyed the first two we've had. Scents have gently fragranced both rooms well. Both scents in the intro pack smell fresh and natural. I didn't love the lemongrass but my husband really liked it (and he doesn't notice these things generally). I've ordered two different scents this time to find ones I love. Refill bottles are great value compared to other brands I've tried.
