Love this company … I haven’t bought for a while and saw the ad so ordered. I love the new black reeds they look so much nicer, however, they do use up the liquid much quicker than the rattan ones but the room really smells lovely…. Maybe I don’t need to use as many.

I am an avid fan of your diffusers and have used them for myself and given many as gifts over several years now. However, I too am disappointed with the black reeds. They sonehow don’t throw out the same amount of aroma and the actually diffusers do not last as long. I have found an old Valentte diffuser with original reeds and a currently using these. I much prefer the thin black reeds, I think they look more elegant, I would gladly pay extra if given the option. I have been using your diffusers for a while and I am very pleased with them

Very disappointed with the new black reeds. I've been ordering the lemongrass and rosemary diffusers for over a year and the quality of the smell has changed. The rattan reeds give a much stronger smell.

whilst they look really stylish they significantly lessened the life of the diffuser. I normally use all the reeds and 2 started at the same time, 1 with black and one normal, showed the significant difference in longevity. I was advised to use less reeds.
