Like many companies, here at Valentte we actively encourage our customers to write reviews. I read every one that is submitted. So far, we have 865 and counting! Most are good, a few bad. My favourite ones share a story about how Valentte products have impacted a customer’s life. Recently we received one that tickled me. Pat Steward reviewed our Lemongrass and Rosemary Handwash.

We can all picture her 4-year old grandson, with his enthusiastic “smell my hands, Grandma!”. What a joy.
Scents trigger such powerful emotions in us. I see this kind of reaction played out frequently on our stand at shows. Customers have strong reactions, in positive and negative ways to the scents in our range.
Our scents, by design, are not middle of the road. We prefer you to have a love-hate relationship with them. “ummmm, It’s OK”, is not the reaction we want you to feel when smelling one of our scents. We don’t expect you to love everyone but hope you will fall madly in love with two or three!
