Received a replacement lavender diffuser recently but it appears to have changed. Hardly any scent coming from it. Quite disappointed. Has the formula changed as the liquid has evaporated by a quarter within a couple of weeks? I can only smell the reeds very slightly of lavender up close.

I first came across Valentte in the Centaur at the Cheltenham racecourse, I bought some of the diffusers as gifts for a friend. She highly praised the product and since then I have used the diffusers myself, and can’t praise highly enough the lavender fragrance.
