Have used the Mandarin & Grapefruit diffuser for many years. Sadly the latest batch has not lived up to expectations. The colour looks synthetic & much more orangey and doubtful the same formula of mandarin to grapefruit has been used. The smell isn’t as fresh either. Previously the colour was a more pleasing yellow colour & looked good. I know different fruit can have stronger colours but this batch does not look the same or smell the same.

I was hesitant about buying a perfume without smelling it but this is lovely, floral but not too heavy and headache inducing, not much berry to be smelt but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I wish they did a Reed diffuser in this scent and a hand cream.

So I thought this would be a refill bottle and under judged the amount. I wanted to use in my own diffuser glassware. I feel it wasn't very lemony or Bergamot scent..it is quite a heady scent not a fresh citrus 🍋 🍊 scent. Quite disappointed. There was no indication on the bottle what scent it was just says Valente. I don't see the purpose of this kind of refill. you would have just as well put a diffuser lid on it or with it as you sent reeds too which was great. Can I suggest having an option if reed colours..when using my own glass ware grey would have been good or even to fit in with household colour scheme having grey or black or plain bamboo would be good options. refill should be 200ml in a taller bottle with smaller opening so you can pour into even one of your own diffuser bottles. Hope to hear from you and maybe a complimentary gift of customer appreciation on first order would have been a winner.

Great idea to get to know the scents. It would be good to choose ones to try. why no lids? might be mini but should come complete. especially for storing. Lids are better for the look of the bottle and product or it looks like you've shop lifted them.! 5 in a set would be even better or at least an extra as complimentary customer gift. Quite disappointed there was no actual small complimentary gift included even in first order..maybe next time.
