Love your products but so very disappointed that so many of your deals offers bundles etc are flagged as not available in your country! Please please just swop out the offending product with one that passes the import controls ( it’s usually alcohol in the room mist or pillow spray or even the new fragrance sample set) ). Surely you have items in your extensive recollection that can be swapped in ? Also really miss your cypress and Labanaum (spelling?) I came late to this beautiful scent and am now disappointed it’s no longer part of your collection. Please reconsider reintroducing it? Having said all that I’m still a big Valentte fan !

I first discovered Valentte products probably 12 years ago when you were at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh. I loved the products then & still do & never buy anything else. I buy gift boxes for friends & family. I use different fragrances in each room buying candles & diffusers as it’s nice to light a candle at night with the same diffuser fragrance being used. My current favourite is Portofino Bay
