our story
By owning our Cheshire factory, we’re able to ensure quality by managing the entire process, from sourcing the ingredients, to shipping our products directly to your door. Every order is carefully hand-wrapped by our lovely team – that’s always been our way. We started small, making hand-made soap at Greenwich market in 2011 and with growing demand, we opened a second stall in Covent Garden.
Shortly after, we left London for the rolling hills of Cheshire in search of greenery and somewhere to expand our small business! From then, we started attending county shows and country fairs across the country and eventually laid down roots in the heart of Cheshire.
A lot has changed over the years but our passion for fragrance and beautiful, hand-made products remains the same.

Our mission has always been simple – to create products that actually work and smell beautiful! We believe in making candles, reed diffusers and skincare items that we, ourselves, use in our homes every day and love – that are kind to our skin (and pockets too!) and scent our homes with lovely scents.
Every single one of our products is handmade right here in our own factories in Cheshire to ensure quality and freshness with every batch. We are very proud to overlook the entire process of Valentte – from the initial ideas, to recipes, to manufacturing every batch and wrapping every order – we do it all.
We believe it is the only way to ensure quality every step of the way.

…is what we are known for. We take as much pride in our beautiful packaging as we do in our exquisite fragrances. We obsess over the little details to ensure that each order received is a memorable experience. All our products and packaging is designed in-house by our talented team of designers, guided by Justinas vision.
It often takes weeks of designing and multiple prototypes for us to perfect a design. The creative process is long, and not always easy, but we love every minute of it and our customers love the results!
our fragrances
To this day we still use all of our original blends created more than ten years ago by our co-founder Justina, in London, on a kitchen table. Over the years we made a few changes to improve our blends but most stayed untouched, originating from the first recipe.
We have been very lucky to add new gorgeous scents over the last few years that very quickly have become everyone’s favorites! We listen to your feedback and try to incorporate everyone’s suggested notes into our future blends.
