Ordered this to put in my hall but very disappointed as I can hardly smell it unless I put it in the porch with the door closed. Got a friend to see if she could smell it in the hall this morning and we both agreed that it was only with your nose over it that you could get the scent. I was surprised as other people have said how good it is, and one person even said it was a bit over-powering, which was why I chose it as my hall is quite big.

I love these products - lemongrass and rosemary, patchouli and eucalyptus and neroli and lemon being my favourite. Based on the reviews from others on this (new to me) fragrance, I ordered, but unfortunately it’s not to my taste, too overpowering just using three reeds. I’ll stick to my known favourites! I have to mention customer service is FIRST CLASS. Having let them know I really couldn’t deal with this scent, they kindly arranged for replacement scents to be sent. Also the returns of unopened products was very easy. Highly recommend this uk business and their diffusers. The only ones I use!

Wow!!!! … I honestly thought I’d found my favourite ‘forever’ smell with White Neroli and Lemon but….. Portofino Bay is just beautiful!!! It is definitely worth trialling the other scents, especially as they are described so accurately. So glad I did. Thank you Valentte team …. Don’t change a thing!!!!!
