Looking After Your Diffuser:

Flip The Reeds

Two to three times in the first week, then as often as you like for a stronger scent.

Use The Right Number of Reeds

Premium fibre black reeds efficiently absorb and disperse aroma quicker than rattan reeds. We recommend using 4 or 5 reeds initially, then remove more reeds as required. When using natural rattan reeds, use all reeds for the first week, then remove as required.

Direct Sunlight

Avoid if possible! Essential oils are delicate, and harsh sunlight can weaken their fragrance.
