I already had a jar of white neroli which smelt lovely but the one that arrived for my mum had an unusual aroma. Valentte were great and arranged a refund and resent another jar, but that still had the same unusual aroma. Again I was able to return it and have now gone for a different scent which shows great customer service. Unfortunately I won't buy this scent in hand cream again hence the one star.

I have bought a few Valentte products now for presents and they have always been well received. I treated myself to this hand cream, it has such a lovely smell and it is excellent for dry hands, especially in the winter. It moisturises well and hands stay moisturised for a while after using it.

I have quite dry hands and I’m nearly 60. This is by far the best and most effective hand cream I have ever used. It delivers results. I have most of the Valentte hand creams and all are excellent. Highly recommend
