I received my order which was supposed to include a Gesture of goodwill since you completely messed up my previous...

I received my order which was supposed to include a Gesture of goodwill since you completely messed up my previous order and the missing items from the previous order. However it included 1 Rose and Elemi diffuser which was supposed to be in a box as advertised. but wasn't just wrapped in brown paper. No Gesture of Goodwill. The customer service is impossible to get through to on the phone and they don't bother to answer any emails. I don't know what's happened to this once excellent company but is terrible now. In addition the Gingerbread cookie diffuser smells of absolutely nothing. I put it in the smallest of rooms but nothing utter waste of money. Happiness guarantee, well if they answered the phone or email you might be a little bit happy; but frankly the service has been dire. Totally disappointed and won't be buying again

I am delighted with all the fragrances I’ve tried-each of them are so fresh .I particularly like the Mediterranean Lemon and Amber-it has a lovely pleasant ,fresh ,warm smell which lasts for ages . I have purchased several Valentte fragrances and have never been disappointed.Friends have also commented on the pleasing at atmosphere they make.
