Have ordered multiple items and all are superb! Lemongrass and Rosemary are my favourites. Customer service is excellent. They sent a wrong scented diffuser on my last order but after emailing them i received the correct item the next day! Cannot fault them!! I also agree with their ethics and will continue to purchase my favourite items!!!

What a fabulous set! I am a huge fan of the wax melts particularly, long lasting and with beautiful scents - Neroli & Lemon is my favourite. The hand wash and body lotion was a bonus and smells beautiful and the lotion non greasy yet moisturizing. I prefer the wax melts in their older form, of individual hearts and hope that these make a come back. The packaging is excellent, very polished and the perfect pairing. I like to gift these as well, and know a few of my friends now also shop from here too.

This is my absolutely favourite scent. I have ordered it for myself many times but have also sent it as a birthday gift. The recipient loved it too & said she could smell the fragrance as soon as the delivery driver handed over the package. I first heard about Valentte when it was bought for me as a gift. I have been buying your products for several years, both for my own use and to give as gifts to friends. I usually buy the white neroli and lemon diffusers but accidentally picked lemongrass and rosemary. I was not sure about the scent to start with but it will be hard to decide which one to buy in the future because the lemongrass and rosemary is equally as good as my original favourite. I think originally I found your products on Facebook and I decided to try them as they were locally made and I always try to support local businesses. They have not disappointed.

I ordered the Lemongrass and Rosemary reed diffuser and room spray for our home after our daughter received one for a moving in present. After years and years of trying different defusers, sprays, melts and plug ins we have finally found something that smells amazing and lasts for a good length of time (just over a month. the product is first class and the packaging is beautiful. I'll be ordering again this week. thank you for a wonderful product.
