Really nice product. Ordered quite a few items. Always happy with Valentte products and service. There was a small issue, which Valentte dealt with efficiently and quickly - however I was disappointed to have a replacement pillow mist supplied in a shoe-box size box rather than a jiffy envelope - not good for the environment.

I discovered Valentte on Facebook and decided to look them up on the website. Lots of good reviews from people who have already tried the products so I thought lets give them ago. Not disappointed. Lovely packaging and the aroma of Lavender on the pillow. Very calming relaxing you before falling asleep. Handy size bottle that you could take away with you. Love the little touches that the company do. A leaflet about the company and their products. A thank you for your order in a little video. Keeping you up to date with your order. That's what I call customer service.
