Our story began in 2011 at Greenwich Market, where we first crafted and sold our handmade soaps. As demand grew, we opened a second stall in Covent Garden, sharing our fragrances with an ever-widening community.
Soon after, we left the pace of London behind for the rolling hills of Cheshire, seeking space, inspiration, and room to grow. Surrounded by greenery, we began travelling to county shows and country fairs across the UK, gradually building our brand before finally putting down roots in the heart of Cheshire.
Today, from our own factory, we oversee every stage of the process - from carefully sourcing ingredients to hand-finishing and sending each order directly to your door. Every parcel is thoughtfully wrapped by our dedicated team, a personal touch that has remained at the heart of what we do.
While much has evolved over the years, our commitment to creating beautifully crafted, fragrance-led products has never changed.

What is a fragrance oil and how is it different to a candle or diffuser?
Fragrance oils are expertly blended scent concentrates that give you complete control over how you fragrance your home. Unlike a candle or reed diffuser, they're incredibly versatile - use them in a diffuser, oil burner, bath, or even on pot pourri. The same beautiful Valentte scent, your way.
How would I use a fragrance oil?
There are so many beautiful ways to enjoy them. Add drops to an electric diffuser or tea light oil burner to fill your space with scent, sprinkle a few drops onto pot pourri to refresh it, add 5 drops to a warm bath for an indulgent soak, or blend 1–2 drops into a carrier oil for a relaxing massage.
How many drops should I use?
A little goes a long way. For lighter scents, 4–5 drops is plenty. For stronger blends, 2–3 drops will beautifully fill your space without being overpowering.
How long does a bottle last?
Because you only need a few drops at a time, a single bottle goes a surprisingly long way - making it one of the most cost-effective ways to keep your home smelling incredible every day.
Are Valentte fragrance oils natural?
Yes. We use sustainably sourced natural ingredients in our fragrance oils - no nasty fillers, just beautifully considered scent crafted to the same standard as our candles and diffusers.
