I purchased 2 reed diffusers, Orange & Chamomile and Lemongrass & Rosemary, and got White Neroli & Lemon for free. All three products are very high quality and smell divine - my hallway and landing smell just like a spa! Super fast delivery too, I ordered on 20/12/22 and they had arrived by 23/12/22! Would be helpful to make it clear products aren’t individually packaged, although there is mention of the gifts bags as optional extras, and the box they came in is very high quality. Won’t stop me ordering again though, lovely products!

I am was very disappointed to receive the candles I ordered wrapped in tissue I expected them in boxes, when I e-mailed customer services I could purchase bags for them, this is not what I expected at all, don't think I will be purchasing from Valentte in future.

My review is based on the fact that I didn’t see anywhere where gift packaging was mentioned.
I ordered two candles and thought that they would be individually wrapped.
I was therefore extremely disappointed to receive them in boxed as a pair. M
When contacting customer services I was informed that I could buy gift bags if I wished.
Very disappointed by the customer service approach. A such a quality product.
Not sure if I’ll use them again at this stage
