This pack is amazing value for money. I was able to refresh my home and have a couple of luxury items for myself. I have used Valentte for a couple of years now after I discovered it at the Badminton Horse trials and never looked back. I often give Valentte as gifts too.

Customer Service is sadly lacking! Placed an order for 5 diffuser refills and a diffuser. Took a week to arrive...

Customer Service is sadly lacking! Placed an order for 5 diffuser refills and a diffuser. Took a week to arrive and box was delivered encased in a plastic bag (courtesy of Royal Mail) because one of the refills had leaked all its contents due to an ill fitting lid. The remaining contents were in tact but covered in diffuser oil so I had to unpack within the plastic bag and clean down everything I took out. Contacted customer service (with photos) via email, as they had closed their phone lines due to being busy!! Took 5 days for someone to get back to me who then asked what fragrance the leaked refill was so they could replace it. I had included my order number in my original email?? So after another couple of emails back and forth they finally sent out a replacement refill. No Goodwill offer of discount on any further orders or free product for the inconvenience and mess caused by the faulty / flimsy lid. I have been a Valentte customer for several years so Very disappointed!!!
